In addition care has been taken to create outdoor and indoor flow patterns to campus and within the complex that emphasize community, neighborhood, and street concepts within the development.

WMF also developed a concept currently nearing completion of construction for a four season fountain placed at the main plaza between the new buildings and in alignment with the campus community center. Edinboro University Foundation also used WMF to manage the purchase and placement of all the artwork throughout Phase II of the development exclusively using artwork purchased from Students and Staff. The artwork collection boasts pieces from all art mediums taught at the University.
The result of these efforts is a housing product that promotes student independence while maintaining a sense of community within the complex and treading lightly on the environment.
