He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University in 2005 and a Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) from Penn State University in 2012.  While at Penn State, Theo worked as a research assistant at the Hamer Center for Community Design and as a teaching assistant for design and writing intensive landscape theory courses.  Theo’s masters project focused on green infrastructure design and planning for postindustrial communities.
