Weber Murphy Fox welcomes Ryan Doran to Erie Office

Erie, PA — October 1, 2015 — WMF is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Doran to the firm’s Erie Office as a Project Architect. Mr. Doran brings over 9 years of professional experience, including 7 years that he spent at a firm in Ireland.


Mr. Doran received a Master of Architecture with a concentration in Urban Design and Historic Preservation from The Catholic University of America in 2008. He is a member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (MRIAI) and a Registered Architect in the Republic of Ireland. While in college, he pursued a summer internship which lead to a job at Seán Dockry and Associates in Galway, Ireland. Here he had the opportunity to work on variety of projects, including one-off residential dwellings, multi-unit residential, educational, commercial, sporting complexes, churches, and mixed-use developments. He returned to the US to continue his career development and pursue a North American professional accreditation.


During his time in Ireland, Ryan also was a member of the Irish National Indoor Lacrosse team. He recently rejoined the team to play in the World Indoor Lacrosse Championship held in Syracuse, New York from September 18-27th. The team advanced to the Quarterfinals where they lost to England in a close game, finishing in 6th place.
