WMF was established in 1967 as a full service architecture firm who believed great buildings should part of a rich built environment that is meaningful to people. Almost a half century later, WMF has evolved into an inter-disciplinary firm offering architecture, interior design, planning, site civil, landscape architecture, construction services, and historic preservation. Now with four offices in three states, we are a company that is motivated by our clients, our world, and by collaboratively creating environments that inspire us all.

WMF has grown from a small generalist firm into a regional firm with expertise targeted toward several markets including higher education, K-12, healthcare, housing, and recreation. We apply our construction practice to achieve a fully integrated design approach. Before embarking on this growth, WMF developed one simple guiding maxim…"to bring value we must first understand what is important to our clients and then in everything we do ensure that we deliver what is important".
