WMF in association with Sasaki Associates designed the New Recreation Center on the Cleveland State University campus.

This project received LEED Certification in 2008. LEED performance highlights included:

  • Green Roof
  • Optimized Energy Performance (25% + ASHRAE 90)
  • Low V.O.C. emitting materials
  • High percentage of recycled waste
  • Urban redevelopment
  • Captured rainwater used for irrigation
  • Use of local and regional materials
