Ms. Rudge has over twenty years of experience serving clients in the for-profit, non-profit and public sectors with the preservation, rehabilitation, and adaptive use of their historic buildings. Specializing in the use of historic rehabilitation tax credits, Heather is an expert at assessing properties to determine historic and architectural significance as well as rehabilitation potential. As a member of the WMF project team, she coordinates, manages and monitors historic rehabilitation tax credit projects with owners, developers, other architects and consultants, contractors, and state and federal reviewers during project design and construction to ensure that each tax credit project is successful.

Heather has been responsible for the successful management of historic rehabilitation tax credit projects, National Register nominations (NRN), and a wide variety preservation and rehabilitation projects throughout the Midwest. She has run several programs coordinating preservation technical assistance and property stewardship services to the owners of residential and religious properties.

In addition to her preservation work, Heather serves on several design review and heritage committees in Cleveland and Lakewood, and is a grant evaluator for the New Jersey Historic Trust.

Ms. Rudge was educated at the University of Vermont (M.S., Historic Preservation) and Michigan State University (B.A., Interior Design).
