This project is LEED Registered with Silver as the goal. The approach to LEED was cost-based, targeting Silver for a very modest construction cost increase. Other than enhanced commissioning, all other points targeted were points that are achievable with no additional construction dollars.

LEED performance highlights include:

• Alternative transportation – urban site
• Water use reduction – low flow toilets and faucets
• Energy system performance
• Achieved most indoor air quality points
• Achieved all recycled content & regional material points
• Innovation credits included green cleaning program, and green education of students
