CLIENT GOALS

Cannon’s Chophouse (formerly Montana’s Rib and Chophouse) is a regional restaurant chain expanding along the I-79 corridor. WMF’s task was to take elements from existing stores in Montana and Pennsylvania and refine and adapt them to satisfy the available tenant space, meeting the developers fit-out requirements, without disrupting the adjacent tenants or legal office above.

SOLUTIONS

The restaurant facilities consist of a Main Dining Room seating for 180, Private Dining Room for up to 36 and a Board Room for 24, with wine lockers. The Bar and Lounge has seating for 31 at the bar, and 72 seats in a mixture of high-top tables, booths and banquette seating. An exterior patio with gas fire-pit seats 64. The 1,738 sf kitchen provides for the prep area, cooking line, dry storage and combination food and beer cooler and freezer, dish washing operations and multiple server ticketing and prep stations.

RESULTS

Cannon’s is a wonderful addition to the eateries in this mixed-use office park and residential community, earning TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence three years running.
