Chuck has over 40 years experience in the Construction Industry. This includes experience on site as a field superintendent and as a construction project manager responsible for cost estimating, project scheduling, contract administration, job site supervision, quality control and project management. Mr. Brown has a thorough understanding of Construction Contract Documents (Drawings, Specifications, Construction Contracts, Addenda, Bulletins, etc.). He has extensive experience working with Engineers and Building Code Officials and in directing and supervising tradespeople.
