George Simpson

George studied at Andrews University where he earned his Master of Architecture degree. During this time he was awarded the Congress of New Urbanism Student Grand Prize for his "Ubuntu in Umbumbulu" project, a collaboration between the Ubuntu Design Group and the Andrews University Architecture Master’s class, located in the South African town of Umbumbulu. He also studied abroad in a five-week architecture study tour in Rome, Tuscany, Paris, London and Stockholm.

Throughout his academic journey he has designed different mixed-used buildings, residential projects, and urban planning, gaining experience with building materials and systems, sustainability techniques and construction administration.
