James Noble

James is a Project Manager with our Construction Management team. He began his construction career helping his father remodel the family home starting at the age of 9. After attending Erie County Technical School, he worked as a Mechanic at a construction equipment rental company in Mentor, OH for 7 years while attending Lakeland Community College in his spare time. James obtained his Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering which led to a career in construction estimating and project management. Over the next 20 years he worked with four General Contractors in Ohio and Erie, PA. During that time, he worked as a General Trades contractor on several projects led by the WMF Construction Management team and in 2023, joined WMF.

Outside of work James enjoys home remodeling/renovations, collecting Legos, comic books, watching sci-fi and zombie movies, traveling to amusement parks, and watching hockey.

FUN FACTS

• I have been on 175 different roller coasters and counting.
• I own close to 1,000 pounds of Legos.
• I have completed 6 full home remodels for family members.
