• Planning for an 8-story, 96 room hotel and conference center within the Harbor Place Development as a future phase complimentary to WMF’s master plan and initial phase completion.
• Rooftop Conference Center overlooking the Erie Bayfront and adjacent to the Harbor Place Hampton Inn and Suites (completed by WMF in 2020), Maritime Museum (completed by WMF in 1991), Bicentennial Tower and the Blasco Memorial Library (completed by WMF in 1996).
