CLIENT GOALS

Marquette Savings Bank has historically specialized in home loans and savings programs. As the bank has expanded to include traditional service offerings the overarching goal was to reflect one of its core principles, “local money is reinvested locally”. This focus on local has allowed the bank to develop a niche within the market and become recognized as the hometown bank.

SOLUTIONS

To synthesize the facility with MSB's carefully crafted re-branding effort, WMF designed a branch that:

• Provides convenient and easy access to the Bank’s services and products, including an increased emphasis on drive-thru banking and ATM access.
• Displayed a new exterior visual image based upon the Bank’s strong presence in residential lending.
• Included an interior layout that is family friendly and accommodating to children accompanying their parents during the mortgage process.
• Is a structured layout to systematically expose customers to product offerings and bank staff as part of the typical customer experience.

RESULTS

A busy branch, the Sterrettania location has helped Marquette Savings Bank expand their business in the region.
