Important: This page is intended to support compliance with A2P 10DLC, carrier, and CTIA requirements for SMS messaging. It describes how our organization uses SMS, how you can opt out, and how we handle your data.
1. Program Description
Program Name: WMF SMS Communications
Program Type: Conversational, person-to-person messaging
WMF provides SMS text messaging strictly for conversational communication between our employees and external individuals (such as customers, partners, and other contacts). Messages are human-initiated and used for normal business and personal communication related to our organization’s activities.
No marketing or promotional messaging is sent through this program. We do not use this SMS channel for advertising, mass messaging, or automated “robo” messaging.
2. Participation & Call-to-Action
By texting with WMF, or by providing your mobile number to WMF and agreeing to communicate via SMS, you consent to receive conversational text messages from us. These messages may include:
- One-to-one communication with our staff
- Logistical or coordination messages (e.g., scheduling, confirmations)
- Contextual follow-ups related to ongoing conversations
Message frequency: Varies based on your ongoing conversations with our staff. Messages are not sent on a recurring marketing schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier resulting from SMS communications with us.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from WMF at any time:
- Reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us.
After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed and that no further messages will be sent from WMF to that number, except as required for compliance or system confirmation.
If you wish to resume SMS communications after opting out, you may contact us through another channel (such as email, phone, or in person) and request that we re-enable SMS messaging for your number.
4. Help & Support
If you need assistance with our SMS program, you can:
- Reply “HELP” to any SMS message from us to receive basic information about this program and how to contact us.
- Contact us directly at: info@wmf-inc.com
5. Eligibility & Carrier Disclaimers
Our SMS program is intended for individuals located in regions where our services are offered and where SMS messaging is supported by their mobile carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside the control of WMF.
