As we approach the close of the year, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the progress made alongside our clients and partners. WMF in 2025: Building Relationships
In May, the NAIOP Northern Ohio Chapter honored WMF with the prestigious Placemaking Project of the Year award at the TRUSS Event Center for the Penn State Behrend Glenhill Gardens Greenspace. This recognition celebrates WMF’s thoughtful and multi-faceted approach to transforming underutilized public spaces into meaningful environments that enhance connection, community, and well-being.
Recently, the ribbon was cut on an inclusive housing duplex curated by WMF for the State College Community Land Trust and The Home Foundation. In addition to being ADA-accessible, the units were designed to be environmentally conscious, incorporating solar panels, an efficient HVAC system, and a high-performance, energy-efficient envelope.
