Project Highlights
Morrisons Cove Home was designed by WMF to provide a central hub for dining, wellness, and social engagement. At this continuing care retirement community, strengthening connection and supporting independent living is the priority through thoughtfully designed shared spaces.
WMF partnered with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services to create a dedicated dementia and Alzheimer’s care addition at the Pennsylvania Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home. Focused around a residential “household” model, the addition provides living, dining, and relaxation spaces that feel familiar and comforting rather than institutional.
The Campus Expansion & Improvements at Sarah Reed Senior Living transformed the existing skilled nursing facility into a more private, resident-centered environment. Through a 40,000-square-foot renovation and a two-story addition, WMF replaced double-occupancy rooms with private suites and introduced a neighborhood-based model to foster comfort and connection.
