Charlie Yazembiak, AIA

Principal

Charlie joined the firm as an Architect in 2001 and was named a Principal in 2013. He participates in the design, product research, production, technical development, and coordination for many of the firm’s projects and has developed an expertise in K-12, collegiate and industrial facilities.

As leader of the firm's Construction Management Practice, he oversees and actively participates in developing early and accurate construction cost estimates and plays an important role in the bidding and procurement of construction services.

Fun Facts

On any given weekend (and sometimes week nights) you will find Charlie standing on a sideline, sitting in a gymnasium, or sweating in a natatorium as a proud parent. If there is free time available after his kids activities you can find him in his garage tinkering with his fully-restored 1963 Ford Fairlane.
