Ms. Solberg, a Senior Associate with WMF, brings a broad base of interior architectural and design experience to her clients. Sarah is a professional member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and is NCIDQ certified.
Sarah’s experience includes corporate clients looking to improve their workplaces; she creates spaces that are well designed while improving efficiency and function. Sarah delves into a client’s culture to help guide them through the programming process and determine the best workplace strategies for a successful project. Sarah has co-authored a white paper “The Hybrid Office: Not Open, Not Closed” that encapsulates some of her research related to trends and best practice application in the office environment.
Sarah additionally has a great deal of higher education and healthcare design experience; her approach is rooted in applying the evidence-based design process. Many of Sarah’s higher education and healthcare clients she has had the opportunity to work with over many years on many different projects.
Sarah has the ability to seamlessly incorporate design elements into her projects that reflect an organization's or institution's brand.
Sarah is an avid boater having grown up living on Lake Erie. In the summer months Sarah can be found enjoying the sunshine and water while boating with her husband and three daughters. The remainder of the year you will find her enthusiastically cheering on her daughters’ volleyball teams.
